Happy Thanksgiving! to all my American friends.

And to everyone on my flist, I am thankful for you for all the fun, laughs, and support you give me. Thanks for playing along!

I'm spending the day at my cousin Jennifer's with my dad's family. (It is a HUGE family. Catholics--bah!) My mother made pumpkin pies, and I made an apple one. Erin (future sister-in-law) is making stuffing.

What is everyone else doing? What sort of yummy goodies are you making/looking forward to?

We are having a very laid back affair. I bought pecan pie from Costco - and it's GOOD. Going to a friends' house where we will eat, drink and be merry. My kind of day. :)

Sounds ideal! I'm looking forward to the "drink and be merry" part of my holiday--with the antibiotics and the fact that I haven't had any alcohol for more than three weeks, it shouldn't take much of the first to get me to the second part of that phrase. ;)
