Happy Thanksgiving! to all my American friends.
And to everyone on my flist, I am thankful for you for all the fun, laughs, and support you give me. Thanks for playing along!
I'm spending the day at my cousin Jennifer's with my dad's family. (It is a HUGE family. Catholics--bah!) My mother made pumpkin pies, and I made an apple one. Erin (future sister-in-law) is making stuffing.
What is everyone else doing? What sort of yummy goodies are you making/looking forward to?

I'll have to google "spatchcocking" when I get home from my celebration, because whether you invented that word or not, I want to work it into my vocabulary!
I love making my own cranberry sauce, too, but I forgot to do it last night, and there wasn't enough time today. Oops!
