Doctor Who: Speculation Wanted. (Spec WITHOUT Spoilers, please!)

I've now watched each of the first two episodes of the new season twice. I have Questions and Concerns. I would like to know if other people share my questions and concerns, and if they have any clever speculation they'd like to share as to the answers. Let me know your thoughts!
