Wedding Attire, and Q of the D

I have mixed feelings about this, but she is a sweetheart and I'm touched that she asked, so of course I said yes. (The fact that my mother threatened me against saying "no" also had some influence.)
This is the color she has chosen for the dresses:

It really is a very pretty color, but it is going to look wretched on my pasty pale skin! Oh, how I can't wait to have framed photos of me looking like a chronically ill prom date plastered everywhere!
