Neil Gaiman's Doctor Who Episode

So, Neil Gaiman has written an episode of Doctor Who, and according to his journal, the table read was today.



Aside from the awesome picture, which unfortunately obscures the lovely Matt Smith's face, there was general news about how it went. The part that got me excited?

Actually it doesn't matter what you'd like to know, all I'll say is that the table read was pretty amazing, the guest star or stars will be fabulous, Matt's great, Arthur's wonderful and I never got to say hullo to Karen (who was amazing)."

I'll repeat: "Arthur's wonderful"!!!!

RORY IS IN NEIL GAIMAN'S EPISODE ♥!♥!♥

It hasn't been officially confirmed (I don't think) that he's going to be in the next series, so this is so exciting! YAY RORY!

Wait, Rory hadn't been confirmed for next season? That'd just be cruel.

Also: Yaaaay Gaiman's episode! I've been kind of giggly-happy about it since I heard that it had "lots of the TARDIS" in it.

You know what, I have no idea if he'd been officially confirmed or not! I've read sources that say he is, and others that suggest it hasn't been made official. I'm just thrilled to have news that absolutely confirms he'll be there!

And I am SO ridiculously thrilled about the Neil Gaiman episode. There's few things they could do to that episode to make me even more excited. My love for Doctor Who pales in comparison to my love for Neil Gaiman!

So, I haven't gotten around to watching Doctor Who, mostly because the cable tv I get here sucks (and I'm too lazy to download it, hee).

BUT OH DEAR LORD NEIL GAIMAN.
I am seriously considering picking up the series just to watch that episode.
I am obsessed with that man. Terribly so. ♥

DO IT! Do yourself a favor and pick it up NOW! (Same writer as Sherlock! Steven Moffatt is brilliant.)

And yes, anything Neil Gaiman does in any medium is most definitely worth checking out. I can't wait for this ep!
