What word/words/phrase do you constantly overuse?

A word I use way too much is "anyway..." I am, to put things mildly: a chatterbox. I get off-topic really easily and find myself navigating these long, winding conversational detours and leaving whomever I've been conversing with standing at the Starbucks on the corner of our original conversation scratching their head. In order to smoothly segue back to what we were talking about in the first place, I employ the eminently useful "anyway..."

What's the latest movie you watched?

I'd strike this question, but I think other people would enjoy answering it. I honestly can't remember the last movie I saw; I don't see that many movies!

What is the one skill you wish you had?

I would like to be able to play an instrument. Any instrument, but especially piano.

What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?

Yeah, definitely Doctor Who. A bit in over my head, as it were.

What's your favorite musical instrument?

Probably the piano.

How do you drink your tea?

I ask this because I'm a white, American tea drinker, and I'm curious about how normal/strange my tea drinking habits are on an international scale.

I drink all kinds of tea: black, herbal, green, white, fruity blends, iced, etc. I drink them all the same way: black (that is, with nothing added).

What was the last thing you bought?

Does gas (petrol) count? I dropped 40 bucks on that...

If you win 10,000 bucks today, what would you do with it?

What gets you more het up: bad grammar or bad driving?

Ooh, this is a tough one...(--->is a nerd<---)

I'm going to say bad driving, only because I'm trying to wean myself off of my anal-retentive approach to grammar. (It isn't going well; see the edit to this entry.) When you work with kids, you can only say, "It's MAY I go to the bathroom!" so many times a day...

What's the last thing that made you happy?

I speak passable Spanish, once I get into it. I spend the first 30 minutes of the conversation scratching my head like an idiot, though.

Embrace your grammar pedantry and show it to the world! If you don't show the kiddies the error of their ways, who will? (I used to have a teacher who would always say 'you probably can, but what you want to know is if you may'. Which confused people greatly).

I'm trying to pick my battles with grammar; there's just some situations where it's not worth getting het up, especially when the person who commits the offense just plain doesn't know better.

But yeah, I'll keep correcting the kids; it's my prerogative as their teacher, right? ;)
