Day 09: Describe your food consumption today.
I'm supposed to describe what I ate today, which is to say what I ate yesterday, as it's now after midnight and techinally tomorrow. Which is now today. Oy, I'm tired.
So, I had planned on starting out this entry with a rant about women and their screwed up relationships with food, and the rarity of finding a woman nowadays who doesn't have some sort of eating disorder, and those really bizarre moments when you're with a group of women and everyone starts listing everything they've eaten that day and either bragging because they haven't consumed enough calories to sustain a rabbit or self-flagellating because they actually ate something that tasted good. But I'm tired, so let's just all replay those moments from our own lives, and get on with what I ate today:
Breakfast: Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and strawberry jam; coffee.
Lunch: BLT and diet ginger ale.
PICNIC DINNER!: Bean salad; Greek tomato, olive, and feta salad; cheese and baguette; strawberries; white chocolate-covered cranberries; two glasses of vinho verde.
Second Dinner?: Black bean, goat cheese, and queso fresco quesadillas with salsa fresca and lime crema. 1 1/2 mojitos, and 1 beer.
Day 10: Share some of your current favorite tunes.
Day 11: List some of your favorite tumblrs.
Day 12: Set a goal.
Day 13: Provide the HEX code(s) of your favorite color(s).
